Designed and led the complete Odoo POS & ERP implementation for Sharjah Asset Management across 5 operating branches.
Built the full workflow: Purchasing → Bill of Materials → Manufacturing → POS, giving operations a single source of truth from raw material to sale. Configured multi-branch POS with per-branch inventory tracking, consumption reporting, and consolidated dashboards for management.
The implementation replaced disconnected branch-level systems with one unified platform, delivering real-time sales figures and stock levels across all locations.
