Odoo Manufacturing Suite

We extended Odoo’s manufacturing stack with custom workcenter logic, production reporting, and handheld barcode workflows. Integrations push finished goods and scrap data into the client’s analytics warehouse nightly.

The rollout included training playbooks and a staged upgrade path across three Odoo versions, with rollback checkpoints so the floor never lost a day of production.
