Odoo ERP & POS Implementation – Al Anood Abaya

Implemented a complete Odoo ERP system for Al Anood Abaya, a UAE-based fashion retailer with three branches.

Built the full workflow from Manufacturing to Inventory to Sales and POS, configured POS across all branches, managed BOM and production workflows, implemented multi-location inventory tracking, and customized Odoo workflows for fashion retail operations.

Delivered a single unified platform that improved stock visibility, streamlined branch operations, and reduced manual process overhead for retail and manufacturing teams.
